Thrift Club is operated by Loppisklubben AB (Org. No: 559496-6250), Sweden.
Open the Thrift Club app, tap Profile, then Delete account and confirm. Your account is closed straight away, and your reviews, photos and favourites are removed.
Email hello@thriftclub.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address on your account (or tell us the name on it). We permanently erase the account and all data linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email. You can also email us after deleting in the app to have the closed account erased permanently.
Your account and profile (name, email, country, age, gender, profile picture), your favourites, your notification token, and the reviews and photos you posted.
Records we must keep by law, such as payment and invoice records for Super Spot purchases, are kept for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires (7 years). We also keep an anonymous, one-way scrambled device code (no name or email) so that free trials cannot be restarted.
I appen: öppna Thrift Club, tryck på Profil, sedan Radera konto och bekräfta. Kontot stängs direkt och dina recensioner, bilder och favoriter tas bort.
Utan appen: mejla hello@thriftclub.app med ämnet ”Radera mitt konto” från e-postadressen på kontot. Vi raderar kontot och alla uppgifter kopplade till det permanent inom 30 dagar och bekräftar via mejl.
Det som raderas: konto och profil, favoriter, notistoken samt dina recensioner och bilder. Det som sparas: kvitton och fakturor för Super Spot-köp, så länge bokföringslagen kräver (7 år), och en anonym, envägskrypterad enhetskod (utan namn eller e-post) så att gratisperioder inte kan startas om.
